Bio
Victoria Limongelli is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey. She
holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in
Music, both from Montclair State University.
Victoria brings a rich and varied background to her clinical work with experience in caregiving,
music education, and behavioral assistance. This diverse foundation gives her a well-rounded
perspective on the developmental stages and challenges of children and adolescents. She
especially enjoys supporting teens and young adults as they navigate these formative periods of
life. In addition to her work with younger clients, Victoria also has valuable experience
supporting families and adults of all ages as they move through life’s challenges, with a focus on
autonomy, dignity, and emotional insight.
Victoria’s therapeutic approach draws from both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral
frameworks and is guided by a commitment to cultural competence and respect for each client’s
unique background and identity. Victoria understands that seeking counseling can feel like a
deeply personal and vulnerable step, and she strives to create a warm, collaborative space where
clients feel heard and supported. She looks forward to walking alongside you on your journey
through self-exploration and growth.
