Bio
Halle received her Master's degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from New York University and her Bachelor's from Montclair State University. She has worked in a variety of settings such as partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs. Halle has worked with clients of all ages that range from adolescents to adults. She has experience working with clients in individual, family and group settings.
Across all ages, Halle is passionate about creating a positive space for her clients by providing relief from shame, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and inner criticism, often through self-understanding and self-compassion. Within this scope, Halle utilizes person centered approaches while integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and play therapy.
In Halle’s free time, she enjoys being with her family, cooking, baking and spending time with her dog.
