Bio

Bella is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned both her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Entering into therapy can be an overwhelming first step. Bella is committed to walking alongside her clients every step of the way. She works collaboratively to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore difficult emotions and experiences.

Bella primarily practices from a person-centered approach, while also integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She incorporates mindfulness, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills to support meaningful change and personal growth.

In Bella's free time, she enjoys listening to music, collecting vinyls, attending concerts, reading a good edge-of-your-seat thriller novel, taking a walk outside or by the beach, and spending time with family and friends
